Project Overview
AneRides is a car rental and ride booking platform built to give customers two clear paths: rent a car directly, or book a ride with a driver. The fleet includes sedans, SUVs, a minivan, and an electric hatchback, each listed with a daily rate. Beyond standard rentals, the site offers specialized services such as airport pickup and drop off and non emergency medical transportation. The booking flow collects pickup and drop off locations, ride details, and driver’s license and insurance uploads, so a request can be processed without a phone call.
The Challenge
A car rental and ride service site has to serve two different customer intents on one page: people who want to drive themselves and people who want to be driven. Mixing these into a single confusing flow risks losing both types of visitors, so the site needed a clear way to separate “Rent a Car” from “Book a Ride” while still keeping the site simple and easy to navigate.
The booking process itself is more involved than a typical form. It needed to collect pickup and drop off addresses, ride timing, personal details, and license and insurance documents, while staying simple enough that a visitor could complete it in a few minutes on a phone. The site also needed to build trust quickly, since customers are handing over personal documents and expecting a real vehicle to show up.
Our Approach
We built the homepage around two clear calls to action, Rent a Car and Share a Ride, placed high on the page so visitors can self select their intent immediately. Specialized services like Airport Pickup and Non Emergency Medical Transportation were given their own dedicated blocks near the top, since these are high intent, time sensitive requests that shouldn’t get buried under general vehicle browsing.
For the rental side, we built a vehicle catalog showing each car with its photo, type, tagline, and daily rate, so pricing is transparent before a visitor commits to booking. For the ride side, we built a single detailed booking form covering pickup and drop off locations with address search, date and time, contact details, and secure upload fields for a driver’s license and optional insurance card, along with an option to arrange vehicle delivery to the customer’s address.

What We Built
Dual Path Homepage
A homepage structured around two primary actions, Rent a Car and Share a Ride, so visitors can immediately choose the service that matches their need.
Specialized Service Blocks
Dedicated sections for Airport Pickup and Dropoff and Non Emergency Medical Transportation, each with its own description and booking link.
Vehicle Catalog
A browsable fleet listing including the Nissan Altima in White and Gray, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Honda Odyssey, Ford Escape, Chevrolet Malibu, Chevrolet Bolt EV, and Audi A4, each shown with a photo, vehicle type, short tagline, and daily rental rate.
Ride Booking Form
A detailed booking form covering pickup and drop off address search, ride date and time, full name, phone number, email address, an optional message field, and upload fields for the front and back of a driver’s license and an optional insurance card.
Vehicle Delivery Option
A built in choice within the booking flow letting customers request the car be brought to them, or confirm they will collect it themselves, with an address field for delivery requests.
Signature Rides Section
A curated highlight of select vehicles, including the Nissan Altima in White and Gray and the Chevrolet Malibu, each with a short description and direct booking link.
Trust and Service Highlights
A dedicated section stating the company’s wide vehicle selection, competitive daily, weekly, and monthly rates, and 24/7 customer service availability.

Results
AneRides is a live, actively operating rental and ride service, so results are described using features visible on the live site. The site offers a fleet of eight named vehicles across sedans, SUVs, a minivan, and an electric hatchback, with daily rates ranging from $45 to $85. The site also offers two specialized booking paths, airport pickup and drop off and non emergency medical transportation, alongside its standard car rental and ride sharing services.
As a portfolio piece, the project shows how a two sided transportation business, self drive rentals and driver assisted rides, can be presented on one site without confusing the customer journey, while still supporting a detailed, document heavy booking process.
