The host’s live dashboard updates in real time, showing the exact confirmed headcount days before the event.
Ataraxy Developers designed and built the entire platform from scratch: the event creation flow, the guest-facing RSVP page, the real-time host dashboard, the CSV guest list export, and the full marketing website. The Challenge
Every Pakistani host knows the frustration. You spend days planning a perfect dawat, then spend even more days trying to figure out how many people are actually coming. WhatsApp blasts go unanswered. Reminder calls feel embarrassing. You cook for 80, 130 show up, or you prepare for 100 and 40 come. The stress, the waste, and the guesswork are completely preventable.
There was no dedicated solution for Pakistani event culture. Generic international RSVP tools felt foreign, required guests to create accounts, and did not account for the WhatsApp-first communication habits of Pakistani families. Our Approach
We built Mabrouk around one reality: Pakistani guests will not download an app or create an account just to confirm attendance. The entire guest experience had to work inside a browser tap, in under 10 seconds, on any phone. That constraint shaped every design and engineering decision from day one.
We designed the product WhatsApp-first, because that is where Pakistani event communication lives. The RSVP link had to look clean and trustworthy when pasted into a family group chat, open instantly on any phone, and require zero friction from the guest side.

Guest RSVP Page
A clean, mobile-optimized page that guests see when they open the link. Shows the event name, host name, date, time, and venue. Guests tap Yes, No, or Maybe, enter how many people they are bringing, and confirm. The entire process takes under 10 seconds and works on any phone without an app or login.
Live Host Dashboard
The host’s real-time control center at dashboard.mabrouk.pk. Shows total RSVPs, confirmed yes count, declined count, maybe count, and total headcount including additional guests. Updates live as responses come in. Hosts can see every guest’s name, response, and headcount in a clean organized table.
CSV Guest List Export
Hosts can download their complete confirmed guest list as a CSV file at any time. The export includes guest names, responses, and headcounts. Ready to share with the caterer, hall manager, or family coordinator instantly.
WhatsApp-Ready Sharing
The RSVP link is designed to be copy-pasted directly into WhatsApp. It works in individual chats, family groups, and broadcast lists. No special formatting needed. Guests see a clean link preview and open it instantly.
